IGERT, or Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship, is the National Science Foundation’s flagship interdisciplinary training program. Every year, the NSF organizes an online poster and video competition for graduate students working in IGERT-suppported programs around the US. This year, the ochre geochemistry poster featured in our last post was selected by the Hominid Paleobiology Doctoral Program at The George Washington University as its entry into the competition. You can see the poster and accompanying video by presenter and MEMSAP member Andrew Zipkin here: http://posterhall.org/igert2012/posters/291 Check out all of the other great entries from IGERT programs around the country and vote for your favorite between now and May 25th!
